ELl Safwa Laser Vision Center was founded as a Specialist Eye and Laser center as Egyptian joint stock company under the decision of the President of the General Authority for Investment No. 2777/2003.

The first project was...

the establishment of the company (Specialized EL Safwa center for eyes and laser) which is one of the first centers in strict specialization in the field of medicine and care of the eye to correct vision and skin resurfacing and in order to keep up with the tremendous Improvement in eye surgery field and what came along with high tech specialized equipments, and present high medical survice to all Alexandria citizens and egyptian people to overcome common eye diseases.
